JOB Description

Marketing & Sales Associate

MFM Building Products is a growing manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing membranes used in commercial and residential construction. The Marketing & Sales Associate is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks in a support role for the Marketing and Sales Departments. This position will help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing Department runs smoothly and efficiently

  • Create reports for customer sales, rebate programs and other subjects in support of both the Marketing and Sales Departments

  • Keep organized records of marketing and sales expenditures and activities

  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and product comparison reports

  • Communicate with marketing vendors and customers, as needed, in support of our marketing goals and strategies

  • Assist in the creative aspect of marketing and sales collateral literature, digital and print advertising, trade shows, public relations, and social media

  • Potential travel to industry trade shows in support of the marketing and sales team

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of all marketing and sales efforts

  • Perform other marketing and sales duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Associate Degree in Marketing or related field

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role

  • Knowledge of marketing, public relations, and social media tools and techniques

  • Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office suite of programs

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy

  • Able to work in a team, result-oriented setting

Job Description

Process Engineer

MFM Building Products Corporation, a leading manufacturer of waterproofing membranes and related building products located in Coshocton, Ohio, is seeking a Process Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, day shift position in our Coshocton manufacturing facility - no travel is required.

The Process Engineer will support plant operations by analyzing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety. This role will focus on continuous improvement, reducing scrap, and ensuring reliable production operations while supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality

  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce scrap, minimize downtime, and improve reliability

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company safety standards, including MFM’s Safety Absolutes

  • Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects across production lines

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions

  • Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and maintenance teams to support new equipment installations and process changes

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities for process-related issues

  • Provide training and guidance to operators and production staff on process changes and best practices

  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support company growth and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies

  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools

  • Ability to analyze complex production data and provide actionable recommendations

  • Proficiency in CAD, process simulation, or other engineering software preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities with cross-functional teams
