Peel & Seal PowerBond® White 250 is a 25 mil patented cross-linked waterproofing tape with a highly aggressive, patented PowerBond™ adhesive system that adheres in cold temperatures down to 25°F. The product comes shrink-wrapped and labeled for great retail visibility.
Peel & Seal PowerBond® White 250 is thinner and more aggressive than normal Peel & Seal®, making it easier to install. It is specifically designed to tape seams on insulated aluminum panels or can be used as a flashing material for roof and gutter repair, window flashing and as a general-purpose waterproofing product.
Peel & Seal PowerBond® White 250 is compatible with EPDM roofing systems by utilizing an MFM approved EPDM primer prior to installation.
Peel & Seal PowerBond® White 250 uses a highly aggressive asphalt adhesive that is combined with a proven UV-stable outer film to form a long-lasting protective barrier. The end result is a taped seam that prevents leaks and reduces storm water damage.
The product is easily installed, even at temperatures as low as 25°F. Simply remove the release liner, press into place and finish by rolling the seams with a hand roller. Peel & Seal PowerBond® White 250 can be cut using scissors or a utility knife.
Peel & Seal PowerBond® White 250 may be left exposed to sunlight indefinitely. The unique formula provides water/weather proofing, sticks to most surfaces for a sealing bond, self-seals around fasteners, conforms to odd shapes, and is backed by a 15-Year Limited Warranty.
