WindowWrap-Flex™ is a flexible waterproofing tape for windows, doors, and building joints. With proper application, WindowWrap-Flex will prevent water leaks, air and insect infiltration, and reduce noise. WindowWrap-Flex is a selfadhered membrane consisting of a rubberized asphalt adhesive which is laminated to cross-laminated polyethylene crepe film. The crepe film allows WindowWrap-Flex to be stretched around arched windows, doorways and other popular curved shapes.

FutureFlash is a prefabricated waterproofing membrane system designed for use around windows and doors under stucco and other exterior wall systems. The product may be used to strip in the flanges of wood, metal and vinyl windows or as a flashing wherever a uniform, dependable waterproofing barrier is required. FutureFlash is constructed of two high‑performance films with a core of specially formulated rubberized asphalt sandwiched between them. The polyethylene film is tough and resistant to tear. The polyester film adds dimensional stability to the product. FutureFlash is engineered to be the strongest, most dependable waterproofing system available to withstand extreme jobsite conditions.

MFM Seal & Coat EIFS is a self-adhering waterproof tape composed of a polyester fabric laminated to rubberized asphalt adhesive. The polyester fabric strengthens the material while providing a surface which bonds with most coatings. The rubberized asphalt adhesive provides a waterproof, self-sealing membrane which aggressively sticks to most clean, dry and smooth surfaces.

Seal & Coat EIFS is designed to be used as a waterproofing tape around windows, doors, panel seams and other
openings. The rubberized adhesive will self-seal around mechanical fasteners. Seal & Coat EIFS is intended to be covered either by stucco or a similar coating, or by siding or trim.
