industrial and agricultural buildings where low slope roofs are common place, Peel & Seal is an
excellent solution for these applications. The self-adhering, weatherproof, reflective
surface not only forms a highly effective barrier to the elements, but also
limits solar heating to help keep the temperature of building
interiors significantly cooler. Applying Peel & Seal is easy.
No tar, torches, mops, glues, tapes,
or fasteners are required…a scissors
or knife and hand roller are the only
tools needed. Following preparation of
the surface, simply peel off the release
paper, unroll Peel & Seal to the proper
length. Maintenance-free Peel & Seal will not crack or dry out after being applied, is available in a choice of finishes (aluminum, almond, white, and granite gray), and conveniently sized in 100 sq. ft. cartons in roll widths of 3”, 4”, 6”, 9”, 12”, 18” and 36”.

Peel & Roof is an attractive, granule surfaced, self-adhering roof membrane designed to be installed directly to the roof deck or to a secure underlayment. It is ideal for slopes greater than 1/2” per foot. Peel & Roof is composed of a strong, pliable polyester mesh infused with rubberized asphalt adhesive and coated with a top surface of decorative ceramic granules. A perforated release film protects the adhesive surface before installation and a 3” selvedge provides a secure, waterproof seal.
Peel & Roof may be used on additions, sheds, garages, barns, stables, and all manner of homes. Popular colors blend with most asphalt shingles and other roofs. Application Instructions Technical Data
The peel and stick application allows fast installation, saving time and labor. The membrane is waterproof and self-sealing around nails and other penetrations. ShingleStarter may be adhered directly to the roof deck or to Wind & Water Seal™ self-adhering underlayments.
